PREPARATION: 3 options available for stripping back to bare wood: 1- Apply DILUNETT with a synthetic brush, allow it to work 5-45min depending on number of coats to be stripped (conduct test first to establish contact time required to strip the finish), scrub and rinse thoroughly with fresh water. After rinsing immediately apply NET-TROL to the wet wood. Scrub with a synthetic brush, allow it to stand between 10 and 30min, scrub and rinse with fresh water. Allow wood to dry 3 good drying days before applying finish. 2- Apply DSP 800. Allow it to work according to test previously conducted to strip finish. When the coating curls or softens, remove finish with a scraper or a nylon scrubbing brush. Rinse the surface with warm water, acetone or white spirit to remove any wax residue. 3-Sand the surface. Finish by sanding with 80/100 grit max. Thoroughly dust off.
APPLICATION: Apply one coat of tinted D.1 PRO, allow it to penetrate 15-30min max, apply second coat. Allow it to penetrate. Wipe off or brush out excess product to avoid it drying as a shiny finish on the surface. Allow it dry 24 hours without rain.
