PROPERTIES
Protects and nourishes the wood.
Manitains and enhances the woods natural beauty.
Natural rich matt finish.
Will not blacken due to UV rays.
WHERE TO USE
- Direct on prepared woods
- Exotic woods : Teak and other woods used for garden furniture except Keruing.
- Exterior.
- Horizontal and vertical.
Application
- Do not dilute.
- Apply 1st application of TEAK-OLJE and allow to penetrate, normally 15-20 minutes.
- Apply 2nd 'wet on wet' application of TEAK OLJE and allow to penetrate 15-20 minutes.
- Wipe up any excess TEAK OLJE with a lint free cloth that has not penetrated after this time.
- Do NOT allow TEAk OLJE to become touch dry or dry between applications.
- NB. : The oiled appearance of TEAK-OLJE gradually lightens over the weeks due to exposure to the sun and UV rays. When the wood has an unoiled appearance it is time for a maintenance application.
Maintenance
- Apply a single application of TEAK OLJE to the substrate with brush, roller or spray.
- TEAK-OLJE does not blacken, peel or flake and therefore requires no sandingor stripping prior to a maintenance application.
